Hot news: exciting new Branch web sites due soon. More...
This
is the web site for the Yorkshire Branch of the
Landscape Institute. The Landscape Institute is the Royal Chartered body for landscape architects, professionals who inspire people to expect the best from the natural and built environments. Parks, streets, regeneration, waterways and open space - this is the work of landscape architects. We are a charitable body working to enhance and conserve our landscapes whether rural, urban or coastal.
This site illustrates the nature and variety of work Landscape Architects undertake
in the region as well as informing members of branch events and news.
Please keep visiting to see the
changes and keep yourself up to date with the latest social or CPD events. If you are a landscape student, educator or member and would like be kept informed of news and events, please email your details (name, workplace/university) to the LIYB Secretary. If you would like to see minutes of Branch Committee meetings, please contact the Secretary.
The Yorkshire Branch is the first Branch of the LI to have a fixed address. This is shared with RIBA Yorkshire, RTPI Yorkshire Regional Office and Planning Aid, Concourse, and the West Yorkshire Society of Architects.
